Coke around the world

People in the world enjoy drinking soft drinks such as Coke, Sprite, and Fanta. People might think that all of the Coca Colas around the world have the same flavor. Surprisingly, in fact, the designs and taste are totally different from each other! Today, we are here to introduce various kinds of Coca Colas around the world.

South Korea

Coke in South Korea is sweeter, and has strong taste and smell. Also, special editions come up every year. For example, in 2013-2014, special messages such as “Smile, Be Happy, everything is going to be fine, cheer up” were written in each bottle and can. They were readily available at shops, too. Not only that, designs are different in each season. During Summer, there are pictures of sunglasses, beach and sandals on the bottle.

Argentina

In Argentina, famous fashion artist and photographer Andy Cherniavsky collaborated his art with Coca Cola in 2011. There were six colors and each represented a certain meaning. For instance, blue represented peace and relaxation.

China

Remember Expo held in Shanghai in 2010? It was held on May 1st until the last day of October. In order to celebrate and remember the expo, specially designed Coca Colas were released. On the bottle, there were pictures of green energy, recycling, and museum. Plus, in 2008, Beijing Olympics was held so Chinese and Western artists collaborated together to commemorate the olympics.

U.S.A

In 2010, there was a popular design for Coke. Coke collaborated with an organization called ‘The Heart Truth’ (National heart, lung, and blood institute). They wanted to let people know that heart disease is a very serious problem.

Japan

Did you know that there are different flavors of Coke in Japan? As you can see from this picture, there are vanilla, lemon, and many other flavors. People say that Japanese cocke has less strong taste. This year, there is a new design for Coke, which is pink cherry blossoms. Lots of people around the world are coming to Japan to see this beautiful bottle.
